Chicken and Green Onion Fritters

Ingredients

  • Fritter Mixture:
    • 30 grams (1/4 cup) green onions, finely chopped
    • 500 grams (1 lb) chicken breast, finely diced or ground
    • 2 tablespoons sour cream
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • 80 grams (3/4 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon dry garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • For Frying:
    • Oil (vegetable or olive oil)
